1. Introduction
These Terms apply to the sale of goods by The Ronen Strap (“Seller”, “we”, “us”) to you (“Buyer”, “you”). By placing an order on https://www.theronenstrap.com, you agree to these Terms.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including out-of-stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in MYR and USD, exclusive of taxes and import duties unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
We accept:
(a) PayPal & Credit/Debit Card – International Gateway: Best for US, UK, EU, AU. Processed by PayPal (includes Venmo, Pay Later, Buyer Protection).(
b) HitPay – Local & Asia Gateway: Best for Malaysia, Singapore & Asia. Includes FPX Online Banking, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go, Singapore PayNow, WeChat Pay, AliPay+ (GCash, DANA, TrueMoney, Alipay). Charged in MYR, settled in MYR.
Payment must be made in full before shipment. We do not store your full card details.
4. Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to ship within the estimated times on our Shipping & Payments page. Delivery times are estimates only — we are not liable for delays by couriers (J&T, Ninja Van, DHL eCommerce, Fedex).Buyer must inspect goods on delivery and notify us of defects/damage in writing within 3 days to hello@theronenstrap.com. 5. Returns and Refunds
We make goods to the highest standard.
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be new, unused, unaltered, and with original tags/packaging. Soiled, worn, or altered straps will not be accepted and will be returned at buyer’s cost.
Malaysia Customers: Eligible for exchange or refund.
International Customers (outside Malaysia): All sales are FINAL, except for defects / wrong item received. Due to customs and return shipping costs, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for international orders.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 working days after we receive and inspect the return.
6. Warranty
We warrant goods to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 months from delivery date. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage, or improper sizing/modification. For warranty claims, contact us with photos. At our option, we will repair or replace.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss from customs delays or duties.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, photos, and designs on theronenstrap.com are owned by The Ronen Strap. Do not reproduce without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Selangor, Malaysia.
10. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Payments, and Refund Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and The Ronen Strap.
