Every order begins in our studio in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. We ship from Monday to Friday, with tracking provided for the shipping methods listed below.

Our straps are made to order, rather than mass-produced and sitting in a warehouse.
Please allow 1–2 working days for us to prepare and craft your strap before dispatch.
Once your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Look out for your order confirmation email after completing checkout.
We prepare your made-to-order strap, usually within 1–2 working days.
Your shipping confirmation email includes tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Please email us before placing your order. We’ll check whether we can arrange shipping to your destination. We always do.
