1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to process your order:

• Order info: Name, email, phone, shipping address, billing address
• Log Data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, time spent
• Communication: Messages you send us via email, Instagram, WhatsApp

We do NOT store your full credit card numbers on our server.

3. How We Collect & Use Payments
Payments are processed securely by third parties:

• PayPal (International): For US, UK, EU, AU payments. PayPal handles your card, Venmo, Pay Later data under PayPal’s own privacy policy. We only receive payment confirmation and email.
• HitPay (Malaysia & Asia): For FPX, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, GrabPay, Singapore PayNow, WeChat Pay, AliPay+ (including GCash, DANA, TrueMoney). HitPay processes the payment and notifies us. We do not see your bank login details.

We use your payment info only to fulfill orders and prevent fraud.

4. Shipping
We share your name, phone, and address with our couriers partners (J&T Express, DHL eCommerce, Ninja Van) solely to deliver your order and provide tracking.

5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for cart/checkout, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use our site and improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of checkout may not work.

6. Service Providers
We share data only with trusted providers who help us run the store: WooCommerce & WordPress hostingPayPal, HitPay, Google, Meta for analytics/adsCourier partners. They are required to protect your data and not use it for other purposes.

7. PDPA Malaysia & GDPR
If you are in Malaysia, we comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). If you are in the EU/UK, we comply with GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us to request.

8. Data Retention
We keep order data for 3 years for accounting and tax compliance in Malaysia. Log and analytics data is kept for 26 months.

9. Security
We use SSL encryption and commercially reasonable measures to protect your data. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect it.

10. Links to Other Sites
Our site may contain links to Instagram, PayPal, HitPay. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

11. Children’s Privacy
Our store is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes
